Tom Endean, British Franchise Association (bfa)

Tom heads up the marketing function of the
bfa (British Franchise Association) to raise the profile of ethical franchising in the UK. Through various marketing initiatives,
the work of the bfa and its members is promoted to help create better
awareness, educate and guide people looking to join a franchise or franchise
their business. In a market that is not only robust, but
growing on many levels, franchising is providing many new opportunities for
people looking to start their own business.
Tom’s background in business goes further than franchising, having previously managed the marketing function for one of the UK’s major Chamber of Commerce, seeing many successes such as the Chamber being voted National Chamber of the Year for 2007 and gaining recognition as B2B Brand of the Year in the national B2B Marketing Magazine.
Having previously been involved in successful events aimed at women in business, Tom now looks to help promote the success stories of women in franchising and help provide the stepping stones for women looking to be their own boss.
