Nicola Broadhurst, Mundays LLP
Nicola heads up the franchise team at Mundays LLP, a substantial commercial law practice based in Cobham, Surrey. She advises both franchisors and franchisees on all aspects of franchising from inception through to establishment of a franchise business, and regularly advises on UK and EU competition law issues.
She also advises more established franchisors on the expansion and consolidation of their franchise networks both within the UK and internationally including countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Spain, South Africa, France, Australia and New Zealand.
She is the designated representative of the firm's affiliate membership of the British Franchise Association and a member of the British Franchise Association's legal committee. Nicola was invited to judge the BFA 2006 Franchisor and Franchisee Awards and writes regularly for a number of publications including Franchise World and Franchisor News.
