Lucia Bardoul, Alchemy in Company
As a facilitator, Lucia works with individuals to support their personal change and consequently change in the organisations in which they work. She uses an intriguing blend of conventional management skills and practices that support the body, mind and spirit, and brings a fresh and clear insight on situations.
Lucia, a New Zealander who started her career as an accountant in the telecommunications industry, has qualifications that include a business studies degree and an MBA. Lucia explains that she gets an understanding and sense that will contribute to uncovering the right actions for clients.
“There is a mix of ingredients that my clients and I bring to the process - sometimes art or creativity, definitely logic and spirituality too. These ingredients help people become clearer about their intentions and take ‘proper’ action. What happens, the way the conversation unfolds, the opportunities that present themselves and the direction clients eventually take is sometimes very unexpected.”
Lucia works predominantly with women, with projects in the public domain including training through Business Link Surrey for women entrepreneurs, Removing Employment Barriers for women returning to work and a weekend event at Windsor Castle for women in director level roles in large and medium sized organisations.
