Joanne Rogers, Prowse
Joanne is the majority owner of Prowse and Company Limited, a PR, marketing and economic development consultancy based in Surrey, England.
Joanne joined Prowse in 2004 and within 18 months led a management buyout of the firm. Prowse represents clients in Australia, the US, Canada and in the UK.
With board level consultancy experience, Joanne has worked with a diverse range of organisations in the public and private sectors including national and regional government departments, blue-chip organisations and economic development partnerships.
She has a particular interest in the field of women’s enterprise and believes there is much work to be done in creating a more positive environment for both female business owners and women in the workplace. In particular, she is keen to see a greater representation of women on company boards and the committees of business organisations.
Joanne is a passionate supporter of SEEDA’s women’s enterprise programmes and enjoys speaking to schools and women’s networking groups across the South East.
