E-Newsletter - September 2009
Welcome to the September issue of the Ambassadors Network newsletter. Since our last e-news, we’ve been busy refreshing our Women’s Enterprise Advocates Programme.
Several of our new Advocates are featured in this month’s e-news including Katie Mayne, who founded ‘Tiny Talk’ and franchised her company to more than 125 people in the UK, UAE and Australia. We’ve also been busy writing a new set of women business owner case-studies which are now available on the website.
Further successes have been achieved with the media. Both Alice Edgcumbe-Rendle and Liz Jackson have been interviewed on their local radio stations about their appointments as SEEDA Women’s Enterprise Advocates.
Sadly, this will be my last e-newsletter to you as, after more than seven years at SEEDA, I have decided to move on to pastures new. I have enjoyed working with you all to promote Women’s Enterprise across the South East and am proud of all that the Ambassadors Network and Advocates Programme has achieved to date. You will be advised of a new SEEDA contact shortly and of course, you can always speak to Jo or Joanna at Prowse. I wish you every success in your businesses during these challenging times and for the future.
Best wishes,
Helen Cook
