Sowing the Seeds of Women's Enterprise
Realising the potential of Women's Enterprise
Helping women to start and grow successful businesses is a major priority in the South East. While improvements continue to be made in areas like business support, accessing finance and raising awareness, women are still massively under-represented among the regions business owners.
More females going into business would not only help boost our economy, but transform the lives of individual women, their families and their communities, particularly in our regions most disadvantaged areas.
This site aims to inspire, educate and inform about Women's
Enterprise, and
how to help support and motivate women to increase the
number of female entrepreneurs in the region.
Its SEEDAs goal for the South East to be the best place for women to start and grow a successful business - we can help you make your goals a reality.
If you are considering starting a business, looking to grow your business, or have a business idea that you'd like to talk through, give your local Business Link a call 0845 600 9 006 - or check out the website for information on all aspects of business and self employment. www.businesslink.gov.uk/southeast/women
